1500-1600 (275°):
Valve: open/close(degrees)------TDC(mm)
Intake:-------30-65----------------1.90
Exhaust:------62-29----------------1.72

some methods are available:

1. by measuring the camshaft when starts opening the valves on the corresponding degree values. its enough to watch the inlet opening as the others you cannot adjust. :)

2.If You can measure the TDC valve lift(if you have correspondent device), try to set up the TDC valve lift from above table OR hold the distinction between two values(1,9-1,72=0,18) -this method will be the most feasible as the given values are very rarely reachable due to some other parameters - and then turn back the crankshaft to the TDC position(loosening the adjustable camshaft wheel before of course :))

3. take the position as the factory settings if you dont have adjustable cam wheel.
it will be good as well there probably.

Thank you Priki...
I have an adjustable cam wheel.

If I have understood:
-I set my engine to TDC,
-Put my degree disc on the crankshaft pulley and set a zero pointer,
-Then reverse the crankshaft to be 1,90mm under the TDC (-30° on the disc)
-Then turn my camshaft to start opening the intake valve
-And the result will be, the intake valve is totally opened (10,60mm) when my crankshaft is between -100° and -109°.

Am I totally wrong??? :D

I have an air leak between the intake manifold and the head... I think the problem is that the intake manifold is not as thick as the exhaust manifold, then it doesn't tighten really well... Have anyone encountered this problem?

I noticed the manifold can take another bolt here:
Image

But is it possible to drill a hole there?? or is it made to fit later head types??

Köszi!

You should drill two holes, and screw 2 bolts in it ;)

You need to take the cylinder head cover off, and view the other side. Maybe it will align in the oil section. You can use a through-bolt.

Just a question: should I use a 21011 ignitor with vacuum, or a Niva one without it??

Yes, but there is difference between the length of the axis...21011 axis is not suitable with 'high blocks' such as 2103,2106,2121,21213.

such a car seems to have no brakes!!!
The pedal goes very very far and then begins to slow (not to stop!) the car.
Is this feeling usual, or did I miss something?
Everything is new, I bought a second master cylinder, it is the same...

It looks like pushing a ball.
Are you sure, there's no air in the system?

Who is the producer of the MC.
When you installed the MC, first do you bleeded it separatelly?

All my hydraulic parts are from Mastersport...
the clutch slave cylinder always have a small drop of lockheed on it, a rear brake cylinder leaked last week ( I have ordered two new TRWs), and I have replaced the MC for a TRW.
I have covered 300 Kms since rebuild...

I first bleeded the MC, then other parts.
I use something like this:

There are lot of bad experiences with MS brake parts.
Better to replace them, with other. I have good experiences with Fenox.

I now have brakes!!! Both of rear cylinders were leaking... MS seals are really shit... Not seals, but looking like grommets... :(

I have another problem:
is the first speed of wipers an intermittent? The gap is between 5 seconds and... 2 minutes!!
Is there a relay controlling this?

Yes the first speed is intermittent, but the 5sec is too long.
There are an automat, which drive it, under the dash, on the left vall before the door behind the upholstery.

It seems to be a nice work, but you should buy a better known kind of LSD (from a well known manufacturer). It's a unique one, we don't know anything about it, however the description says it was made from hardened steel. And the price is a bit hard for this (250 euros), i think you can buy some really good LSD's around 300 euros instead of this.

I thought this was a common modification...
This russian shop, Kartuning, seems to be serious and well known... Postage for this speer is 18000Ft, and it costs 71000Ft...

It has a torsen system inside (Kartuning.ru), it can be good if you would like a bit ligther "differential lock". It needs less maintenance, and torsen's lifetime is longer i think with the same conditions. Actually i have a "standard" LSD in my car, it's absolutely good for race and for street also. Anyway in this forum "Priki" and "kisB" users can tell you more information about the torsen LSD. Priki sells them if i'm correct, and kisB used to test a new one (not from Priki but the same system) in his race car.

yeah, real wheel drive...
It's time to be more careful, and learn how to handle it.
Then it will be fun.

Ladas are fun cars... but it won't be fun to find another rear bumper, muffler and panhard bar!!!
and maybe a torsen speer would be better for winter!
